Today, a Canter came to visit!
They came because they were having trouble with an error and couldn't connect to Bluetooth. ๐
Upon immediate inspection, it was indeed confirmed that Bluetooth couldn't connect.
Even after initializing the box and re-setting it, it still wouldn't connect (usually this fixes it).
It's likely a hardware failure or a system bug, making it unrepairable.
Upon asking, they said they bought it about 8 years ago! ๐ฅบ That long ago! Thank you so much!!!
Since the warranty had expired, they had no choice but to replace it, but the customer said they couldn't drive without it! So, they bought just the box! Thank you very much!
There seems to be a huge difference between having TDI and not having it; trucks are big and heavy, yet quite underpowered. ๐
TDI units are machines, so they can sometimes break down or have bugs...
That's why our product warranty is a generous 5 years!
