Today, a customer with a Land Cruiser 250 2.8L Diesel visited us!
They called yesterday and asked, "I'll be passing by, so I was wondering if I could stop in to hear about your products?" And so, they came in this afternoon!
After explaining various products and answering their questions, I thought, "It'd be quicker if they just test drove it!" So I said,
Me: If you have time, would you like to test drive it?
Customer: Do you have a test car?
Me: No, we'll install it on your car!
Customer: Oh! Really?
Me: Of course! Let's do it!
The installation took only 15 minutes 👌
After about a 10-minute test drive, they returned and immediately exclaimed, "This is amazing!"
"It was different right from the start!"
Me: Thank you! It's great, isn't it?
Customer: I'll buy it! I only intended to listen, but since I came all this way!
