This applies to products that are more than 5 years old since new purchase, as well as transferred or used items.

※Please write the details of the inspection and repair you would like on a memo and include it.

※If you have inquired in advance via email or LINE, please send us the tracking number or photos so that your account name matches your package.

※Please note that if we cannot identify the details of the request or the requester of the package upon arrival, we may contact you by phone or other means.

・After arriving at our company, we will perform necessary procedures such as inspection, firmware initialization, repair (within the scope of free service), and re-setting to the latest program, and then return the product to you.

※The shipping fee to our company will be borne by the customer.
※Depending on the inspection results, repair may not be possible, or the problem may recur even after repair. Please be aware of this in advance. (Please inquire about symptoms in advance)
